The Broders—a name synonymous with Italian food in the Twin Cities—opened a “fourth” eatery on the corner of 50th and Penn by adding a walk-up lunch window called Porchetteria in the side of the family’s wine bar, Terzo. The menu highlights porchetta, a combo of slow-roasted duroc pork shoulder and belly, layered on a ciabatta bun with crunchy slaw, roasted veggies, and creamy aioli. The ultra-crispy house-made potato chips are optional in name only.
