Two Minneapolis gems are serving up dinner in private dining spaces. Rachel highlights her favorites—Birdie and Lowry Hill Meats. Birdie, the private dining room in the kitchen adjacent to Nighthawks, is led by chef and owner Landon Schoenefeld. The $100 12-course meal features lighter fare, while the relaxed ambience allows Schoenefeld’s creative, high-end dishes to take center stage. Lowry Hill Meats takes a different approach with its pop-up dinners and meat-focused menu. They even leave the meat counter open so you can take your favorite cuts home after dinner. Both spots would be great for meals and get-togethers this holiday season. Just make sure to reserve your spot ahead of time.
