When chef Doug Flicker made the decision to step away from his tiny, much-lauded neighborhood restaurant, Piccolo, he didn’t have to look far for someone to take over. Piccolo staffers Cameron Cecchini and Grisha Hammes met while working at Borough and did a light remodel to Flicker’s space before reopening as Tenant.
