This Thanksgiving season you can get personalized cooking tips from local chefs by calling the Twin Cities Turkey Hotline—a little updated tribute to the classic Butterball one. It’s the first time local chefs have come together to share their expertise in a Thanksgiving hotline such as this, so it’s a great opportunity to chat one-on-one and make sure you are well prepared for the big day coming up next week by getting all your burning–wait, not burning!—Thanksgiving cooking questions answered by a top local chef.
