Grand Avenue’s top culinary talents come together for Great Chefs of Grand Avenue, an upscale tasting event benefiting the Grand Avenue Business Association’s beautification efforts and the nonprofit Women’s Advocates. Guests will sample dishes from standout restaurants including The Lexington, Russell’s St. Paul, Red Rabbit, Saji-Ya, Colossal Cafe, and more, while bidding on items in a silent auction open through 8 p.m. that evening. Tickets are $150 and include food and beverage; cash bar options will also be available.

Twin Cities Jazz Festival Launches Winter Pop-Up Series

The Twin Cities Jazz Festival is bringing some midwinter sparkle to Minneapolis with the launch of its new Jazz Pop-Up Tour, kicking off Feb. 20 at Berlin. Designed to extend the spirit of the summer festival year-round, the series will feature intimate performances in unexpected venues across the metro, starting with the soulful, groove-driven sounds of the Kevin Gamble Quartet. Tickets are $20.
