What: Indeed Brewing’s 10 Year Anniversary: Little Munich

No need to travel to Munich for a taste of German tradition, Indeed Brewing is bringing Munich to Minneapolis. In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Indeed will be transforming its taproom into “Little Munich” for the night. Festivities include pretzels, festbier, steinholding, live music from the Twin Cities Brass Band and a menu of German-inspired dishes. The event is part of Indeed Brewing’s weeklong anniversary celebration.

In the Spirit of Sushi

What: Spirit of Sushiman Soju Launch with Billy’s Sushi
When:  Sept. 22, 6-9 p.m.
Where: Tattersall Distilling, 1777 Paulson Road, River Falls, Wisconsin

Tattersall Distilling will celebrate its new collaboration spirit with Billy’s Sushi,  titled Spirit of Sushiman, by hosting a four-course dinner including a 200-pound bluefin tuna chopped by Billy himself. The freshly prepared sushi courses will be paired with the new rice spirit, as well as three crafted cocktails by Tattersall Distilling.

The event also includes a specialized makers market with a wide range of goods and accessories crafted by local makers and artisans.

What: Annual Lester River Rendezvous

This year marks the 23rd annual Lester River Rendezvous, a fall festival in the heart of Lester Park in Duluth. The festivities include more than 50 seasonal food and craft vendors along with live re-enactments of 18th century life.

What: Fashion Week Minnesota: Evolve

See the talent of local designers and the evolution of fashion within the state at Fashion Week Minnesota’s premier event, Evolve. The final runway show of the weeklong event will feature a mix of ready-to-wear and couture made by over 25 of the season’s designers. All garments will be available for purchase at a pop-up shop immediately following the show.

A Merry Night at the Ritz

What: Theater Latté Da’s Production of Merrily We Roll Along
When: Sept. 24-Oct. 30
Where: Ritz Theater, 345 13th Ave. NE, Minneapolis

Theater Latté Da’s newest production, “Merrily We Roll Along,opens this week. The popular musical, first debuted on Broadway in 1981, tells the story of a trio of friends across three decades, working its way backwards from their present-day lives to their earliest stages of friendship and youthful dreams. The production will feature a musical score directed by Jason Hansen, which will include some of Stephen Sondheim’s most celebrated songs. 

Squash and a Show

What: Sod House Theater at Squash Blossom Farm
When:  Sept. 25, 5 p.m.
Where: Squash Blossom Farm, 7499 60th Ave. NW, Oronoco 

Dinner and a show will take on a whole new meaning in this immersive event at Squash Blossom Farm. Actors from Sod House Theater perform comedy and song and dance numbers as they serve guests meals made by the farm.
