What’s New and What to Expect:
The 2024 Holidazzle festival is bringing fresh excitement with some standout events, including a peppermint-infused Pub Crawl and a star-studded Opening Ceremony. Here’s everything you need to know about this year’s festival:
Opening Ceremony – Wednesday, Dec. 18
Kick off the festivities with a stunning Opening Ceremony at 4:15 p.m. at the U.S. Bank Stage. Enjoy a special performance by the Minnesota Chorale, a drumline show by the Vikings’ SKOL Line, and get your groove on with NUR-D, Minneapolis’ beloved hip hop artist. This free event is sure to set the tone for a magical holiday celebration.
Peppermint Pub Crawl – Saturday, Dec. 21
This year, Holidazzle introduces a brand-new holiday experience with the Peppermint Pub Crawl from 5-9 p.m. Wander down Nicollet Mall and visit local bars serving up creative, holiday-themed cocktails. Participating locations include Barrio, Devil’s Advocate, and the Holidazzle Bar. For just $25, enjoy a peppermint striped beanie, three drink tickets, and a guide to all the participating spots. Grab your friends and make merry!
Pop-Up Holiday Markets
Support local businesses while shopping for everyone on your gift list at Holidazzle’s Pop-Up Holiday Markets. Discover unique finds from Chameleon Market (featuring BIPOC- and women-owned businesses), the Minneapolis Craft Market, and the Dayton’s Holiday Market. With over 200 local vendors to explore, you’re sure to find something special.
Festive Entertainment for All
There’s something for everyone at Holidazzle! Throughout the festival, enjoy free live entertainment on two stages:
- U.S. Bank Stage: Featuring performances by the Minnesota Chorale, Silent Disco, Karaoke, and more.
- Indoor Stage at IDS Center: Enjoy choirs, a capella groups, drag bingo, and performances by local artists.

Twinkling Lights & Interactive Displays
Nicollet Mall will be glowing with stunning light displays, including the return of LAPS and Passage—interactive installations that create a truly enchanting experience. Plus, the 17-foot illuminated Yeti (Holidazzle’s official mascot) will be back, towering over the festivities to delight attendees of all ages.
