I love the Minnesota State Fair. For real! As we do every year, we’ll explore the new fair foods on opening day and post our thoughts online and social media—be sure to follow along. But when I think about my recommendations for the fair, it really depends on who you are. Are you doing a foodie tour? Do you want the “I’m a Minnesotan” experience? Are you a teenager hanging with your friends? Or are you that person who wants to know that burning off an order of cheese curds takes 11,200 steps? No matter who you are, we’ve got you covered. We can’t wait to see you this year at the fair!
