Fall is the time for cozy flavors and hearty meals, and The Buttered Tin—winner of Minnesota Monthly‘s “Best Dessert” category in the 2024 Readers’ Choice Best of MN feature—has launched new menu items to satisfy those cold-weather cravings. Its Lowertown St. Paul and Northeast Minneapolis locations are offering new breakfast and lunch menus to highlight seasonal, farm-fresh, and select vegetarian, plant-based, and gluten-friendly options.
“As we step into fall, we’re embracing the season’s bounty with flavors that feel both comforting and fresh,” says owner and pastry chef Alicia Hinze in a statement. “The change in our menu reflects a deepened connection to local harvests, with dishes crafted to celebrate the richness of the seasons, while keeping the essence of The Buttered Tin—simple, seasonal, and soul-satisfying.”
