GRILLFEST BLOODY MARY BATTLE AGREEMENT
Local Bloody Mary mix companies will compete head-to-head to become Smirnoff’s Bloody Mary Champion! As guests enter, a Smirnoff’s Bloody Mary Battle sign and branding will grab their attention. As they walk around the venue, participating tables will have large flags and Bloody Mary Battle signage, signaling them as participants in the Smirnoff Bloody Mary Battle. Voting will be available from start of the event to 5 pm on Saturday, June 1 and from the start of the event until 4 pm on Sunday, June 2. A winner will be announced between 4 and 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 2. Additionally, the winner will receive post-event recognition in the GrillFest recap (Sep/Oct issue of Minnesota Monthly), social media, and newsletter

Participants will be located throughout the concourse level at CHS Field.
Time
The Smirnoff’s Bloody Mary Battle and voting will occur from door open to 5 pm on Saturday, June 1 and door open until 4 pm on Sunday, June 2. Participating venues will be delivered bottles of Smirnoff Vodka by 12 pm on Saturday, June 1 for use in their samples for the weekend, per the contest rules. If you think you’ll need additional vodka, you are welcome to purchase it on your own, but you must purchase Smirnoff Vodka. ONLY Smirnoff Vodka may be used.
Voting
Voting will be conducted digitally and using a QR code to access the voting portal. Each participant will have a sign on their table, and additional signage will be located across the event.
Rules and Regulations
Participants must follow the exhibitor and/or sponsors rules as agreed to upon commitment to GrillFest.
Each participant will offer up to 3 oz. samples. You may garnish the Bloody Mary mix with and without the supplied vodka.
Participants will receive 9 bottles of Smirnoff vodka. Expected to last the duration of the event.
A non-alcoholic sample must be available.
Each participant will only use the Smirnoff Vodka brand as part of the contest.
Manipulation of voting will be cause for immediate elimination of the contest.
The winner will be calculated based on taste and presentation.
All staff/employees must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.

Handwashing stations
Signage for participating restaurants to announce their inclusion in the battle
9 bottles of Smirnoff Vodka
Participants to Provide:
All tools to create their sample
Sample cups if they do not want to use GrillFest Tasting glassware provided to guest
Additional promotional items
Additional flavors to sell/sample outside of the contest
Participants required to supply up to 3 oz. liquid samples.
Winner:
Voting will close at 4 pm on Sunday, June 2.
The winner will be announced between 4 and 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 2 and presented with a trophy.
A photographer will be present to take photos of the winner.
