MARGARITA MANIA BATTLE AGREEMENT

Local companies will compete head-to-head to become Milagro’s Margarita Mania Champion! As guests travel through the venue and event, a Milagro’s Margarita Mania Battle sign and branding will grab their attention, signaling them as participants in the Milagro’s Margarita Mania Battle. Voting will be conducted digitally via a mobile friendly website via a QR code. Voting will be available from start of the event to 5 pm on Saturday, June 1 and from the start of the event until 4 pm on Sunday, June 2. A winner will be announced between 4 and 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 2.

Location

Participants will be located throughout CHS Field’s concourse.

Time

The Milagro’s Margarita Mania Battle and voting will occur from start of the event to 5 pm on Saturday, June 1 and from start of the event until 4 pm on Sunday, June 2. Participating groups will be delivered 12 bottles of Milagros Tequila by 12 pm on Saturday, June 1 for use in their samples for the weekend, per the contest rules. If you think you’ll need additional tequila, you are welcome to purchase it on your own, but you must purchase Milagro’s Tequila. ONLY Milagro’s Tequila may be used.

Voting

Voting will be conducted digitally and using a QR code to access the voting portal. Each participant will have a sign on their table, and additional signage will be located across the event.

Rules and Regulations

Participants must follow the exhibitor and/or sponsors rules as agreed to upon commitment to GrillFest.

Each participant will offer up to 3 oz. samples of their Margarita mix with and without the supplied tequila.

Participants will receive 12 bottles of Milagro’s Tequila. Expected to last the duration of the event.

A non-alcoholic sample must be available.

Each participant will only use the Milagro’s Tequila brand as part of the contest.

Manipulation of voting will be cause for immediate elimination of the contest.

The winner will be calculated based on taste and presentation.

All staff/employees must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.

Garbage containers

Hand washing stations

Signage for participating restaurants to announce their inclusion in the battle

12 bottles of Milagro’s Tequila

Participants to Provide:

All tools to create their sample

Sample cups if they do not want to use GrillFest Tasting glassware provided to guest

Additional promotional items

Additional flavors to sell/sample outside of the contest

Participants required to supply up to 3 oz. liquid samples (May provide a smaller sample and no more than 0.5 oz tequila.)

Winners:

Voting will close at 4 pm on Sunday, June 2.

The winner will be announced between 4 and 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 2 and presented with a trophy.

A photographer will be present to take photos of the winner.
