But most importantly, they only require a few ingredients and can easily be modified to satisfy your taste buds or dietary restrictions.

CUCUMBER SWEET PEPPER SALAD

Sweet. Spicy. Salty. And refreshing. This salad has it all going on in the most delectable way. Relying primarily on chopped cucumbers and sweet peppers then supplemented with ginger sauce, spicy chile crunch and everything but the bagel seasoning, this salad has few ingredients but is still sure to fill you up and keep you craving more.

GREEN GODDESS SALAD

Looking to eat green this summer? This salad is for you. Packed with freshness and vibrant color, this recipe has gone viral. It consists of cabbage, cucumbers, chives, and scallions dressed with a creamy, homemade pesto mixture. Even Minnesota favorite Lizzo couldn’t avoid the trend. She made the salad and raved about its crisp, refreshing taste.

COWBOY CAVIAR

This recipe pairs perfectly with chips or a fork. Loaded with lots of vegetables, cowboy caviar is open to interpretation. Typically featuring a variety of beans, peppers, and onions, feel free to add anything else that sounds delicious to you.

THE REAL JENNIFER ANISTON SALAD

If Jennifer Aniston ate this for years while on the cast of “Friends,” it has to be good. However, the exact recipe has faced some controversy. Many thought the dish included ingredients like cucumbers, onions, eggs, and quinoa, but as it turns out, Anniston never made that salad. She describes the accurate version as a “butchered Cobb salad” featuring iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, a few garbanzos, salami, bacon and chicken–all topped with Italian dressing.

CORN RIBS

Nothing screams summer like sweet corn and barbeque ribs. So why not combine the two to create a delicious snack or appetizer? Corn ribs are fun and quick to make. Start by cutting sweet corn vertically, coat with a barbecue dressing and bake in the oven. Drizzle with a sriracha mayo and top with chives, Parmesan cheese, and chile flakes.

SMASHBURGER TACOS

Can’t decide between burgers and tacos? Well, now you don’t have to. Get some ground beef, fry up the griddle, add a taco shell, and press it down flat. Cook to perfection, then complete the meal by adding all of your favorite toppings. The only remaining question we have is whether this dinner will pair better with a margarita or bottle of beer? We’ll leave that up to you to decide.

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY YOGURT CLUSTERS

If you’re craving a healthy sweet treat, these chocolate covered strawberry yogurt clusters are calling your name. Perfect as a snack or dessert, they are fun and easy to make. Chop up strawberries and mix them together with yogurt. Then coat with melted chocolate, freeze and top with a sprinkle of salt.
