O’Neill Moreland, Tamara

Tamara O’Neill Moreland concentrates her practice on litigation involving land use, commercial and residential construction, fraudulent real estate transactions, environmental, and appellate advocacy. She received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 1997 and her B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1994. Tamara is an MSBA board-certified Real Property Specialist. She has been named to the Top Lawyers list since 2022, the Best Lawyers in America list since 2020, the Super Lawyers list since 2014, and was recognized as a Power 30 Construction and Real Estate Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer in 2023 and 2024. She serves as Larkin Hoffman’s Ethics Counsel.
