Lindquist, Jeffrey J.

With more than 30 years of extensive employment law experience, Jeff Lindquist has defended clients, large and small, in a wide array of civil litigation matters in Minnesota state, federal, and administrative courts. He has covered the full range of employment-related legal services, from consulting on policies and practices to litigating complex employment disputes, such as wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims. Lindquist has also successfully defended clients in a broad variety of other civil litigation matters, ranging from personal injury cases to complex commercial disputes.

As an experienced appellate lawyer, Lindquist is a recognized and respected workers’ compensation expert. He is a chapter author of the “Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Desk Book,” serves on the amicus committee of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and has written numerous friend-of-the-court briefs on behalf of the aforementioned organization.

Outside the office, Lindquist volunteers extensively in his home community of St. Michael, including many years of coaching youth sports, working with nonprofit groups, promoting the arts, and teaching and serving as a music minister at his church. He loves music and moonlights as a singer-guitarist in a weekend rock ‘n’ roll band.
