The State of Minnesota on Wednesday released the COVID-19 Vaccine Connector website. With vaccine demand currently exceeding supply, the state is hoping to register more residents across the state as vaccination quantities increase.

Currently, Minnesotans age 65 or older, health care workers, long-term care residents and staff, educators, and child care staff members are eligible to receive vaccines as they are available. They are encouraged to use the Vaccine Locator map to find a distribution site and make an appointment.

All others are encouraged to fill out the eligibility questionnaire with your demographic details, medical history and contact information. If you have questions or need assistance, call the hotline 833-431-2053.

Once you fill out the questionnaire, you’ll receive automated email updates from the Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector updating you on when and where you will be eligible to get vaccinated in your area.
