These phantasmal narwhals by artist Tara Fahey floated through Barebones Productions’ Halloween Puppet Extravaganza in Hidden Falls Regional Park a few years ago. Since 1993, the Twin Cities performing arts nonprofit has imbued the spooky holiday with community-derived themes. This year, the extravaganza takes place Oct. 28-31.
