Homeownership Program has partnered with 1,300-plus to achieve homeownership over the past 30-plus years. Qualified homebuyers have access to financial coaching, attend extensive homeowner trainings, and buy their home with an affordable Habitat mortgage. Homebuyers have the option to buy a quality, Habitat-built home or a home they find on the real estate market.

A Brush With Kindness paint and repair program helps stabilize low-income homeowners and helps strengthen neighborhoods. Habitat has completed over 2,000 home repair projects.

ReStore home improvement retail outlets sell quality, donated furnishings, appliances, and building supplies to support Twin Cities Habitat’s mission. Stores in Minneapolis and New Brighton are open to the public. For more information, visit restore.tchabitat.org.

Multiplying the Impact, Habitat’s five-year comprehensive campaign, has a goal of doubling homeownership opportunities for families from 50 to over 100 per year. Your gift will multiply the impact for this generation and the next. Visit tchabitat.org/multiply.
