Everyone shares the gift of life. Nationwide, nearly 113,000 people are waiting for their life-saving transplant—and almost 3,000 of those waiting live right here in our community. Someday, your “yes” to donation could mean the world to someone.

LifeSource is the organ-procurement organization serving Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our approach is designed to educate our communities about the impact of donation; support families and patients by honoring their intentions; and facilitate organ, eye, and tissue donation between hospitals and transplant centers.

Our team connects with over 280 hospitals and nine transplant centers—as well as medical examiners, coroners, and funeral directors—throughout the region to ensure every family that wants to donate their loved one’s organs, eyes, or tissues has the opportunity to do so.

Since 1989, LifeSource has continued to support over 10,000 families by offering them hope, healing, and light during a dark time. We not only help them navigate donation decisions but are truly there for them as long as they need us.
