    To provide opportunities for self-sufficiency for people with barriers to employment and community inclusion.

     

    KEY SERVICES PROVIDED

    We believe that all people have the right to social inclusion and should have opportunities to work and earn a paycheck. Our programs help people who struggle to find employment due to barriers of mental and physical disabilities, homelessness, adult re-entry, recovery and/or lack of successful work history and required skills. Access- Ability has been providing services for nearly 70 years and has been evolving to meet the needs of the individuals we serve and our community. Transitional employment is provided in one of our three on-site social enterprises. Additionally, people are placed in permanent jobs in the community and supported as needed. The longevity of our programs and our dedicated staff speaks volumes to a consistent, compassionate, and personalized commitment to fulfilling our mission.
