As a former theater, ARIA offers an open and flexible floor plan that features soaring 30-foot ceilings, amazing acoustics, and plentiful rigging points for decor and lighting. State of the Art AV Equipment
ARIA is excited to offer brand-new AV equipment, creating more of an impact on corporate events that involve programming and/or keynote speakers. AV elements include a 12,000-Lumen projector with a built-in 7-by-14-foot flying drop-down screen, Nexo 15-inch house speakers on either side of the stage, a handheld and lavalier microphone, Yamaha speakers in the foyer, HDMI and VGA inputs, warm white stage wash lighting and colored LED house lights.
Large Furniture Inventory
Along with the use of the gorgeous space for up to 12 hours, ARIA also offers an ample furniture inventory of mahogany Chiavari chairs, cocktail, round, and banquet tables, and two mobile bars–all included in the rental of the space. Additional bars, lounge furniture, lighting, and decor elements are also available to give your event an extra special touch.
Green Rooms for VIPs
For events with VIP attendees, ARIA is pleased to treat the guest of honor, entertainers, keynote speakers, or event volunteers to a dedicated green room area that features two spacious and exceptionally decorated dressing lounges, three adjacent private bathrooms with a separate bay of sinks, and several full-length mirrors for the perfect space to prepare for the main event.
Access to Event Professionals
And it’s not just the event itself that ARIA prides itself on, but also the event planning process. Each event is customized and detailed by a dedicated Event Manager, who conducts private client consultations to create a personalized floor plan, a full timeline of logistical details, and a design and decor plan that can be used when working with other vendors.
In addition to working with an experienced Event Manager, ARIA also includes the full service of our professional staff of bartenders with each rental. Whether we are behind the bar, butler passing, or pouring tableside, we ensure your celebration is one to toast to. Clients can also feel at ease knowing that ARIA provides professional, suited security personnel to oversee the privacy of each event.
