With more than 30 years in the building industry under his belt, Jon Coty still manages to see his work as not just a job but an “adventure.” He is general manager of DWELL44, an innovative, interactive space where professionals come together to make clients’ design dreams come to life. The studio is home to specialists in custom cabinetry, windows, doors, furniture, and smart home technology. His favorite part of the job? The special connections he has made along the way. “It is a great feeling to be a part of your clients’ dream home that you nurtured a relationship with throughout the process.
