Wouldn’t it feel great if your gifts gave more this year? Minneapolis-based small business, Hippy Feet, has just the solution. All of Hippy Feet’s products are made in the U.S. using eco-friendly materials. But more importantly, they also help Minnesotans experiencing homelessness.
When you shop Hippy Feet this holiday season, you’re helping to provide jobs to young people ages 16-24 who are affected by homelessness. That means you’re giving a gift with a story—one that helps people in need. The packaging on every pair even comes signed by the young person that your purchase helps employ.
Some of the newest products include merino wool hiking socks, cozy knee-highs, and ultra-soft organic cotton socks featuring ’70s inspired designs. Hippy Feet also has a range of knit sweaters, shirts, and other accessories so you can find the perfect gift for everyone on your list.

Since its launch in 2016, the organization has been able to provide transitional employment opportunities to more than 150 young people experiencing homelessness. Hippy Feet’s employment program works with groups of youth for six months at a time, providing them a safe source of income, job training, and referrals to full-time employment with other organizations. Nonprofits step in to provide additional resources such as bus passes, counseling, and job certifications.
When you shop Hippy Feet this holiday season, you’re directly helping young Minnesotans get back on their feet. Support the mission at hippyfeet.com.
