*In order to approve applications, Bren Road Station Apartments—as an Affordable Housing community—must certify that the gross annual income of applicants meets limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). To qualify, applicants’ gross annual household income must be below set limits (which are adjusted by HUD each year). The gross annual income of a one-person household must be less than $44,100, and that of a two-person household must be less than $50,400.
