Golf
Giants Ridge has long been considered one of Minnesota’s best resort golf vacation destinations. Year after year, national golf publications have ranked the Legend and the Quarry near or at the top of the best golf courses in the state.
Few other golf facilities in the nation can claim more than one course in Golf Digest‘s “Top 100” list and no other Minnesota resort offers two highly ranked courses of this caliber, at an affordable price. The Quarry was built on the site of an old sand/gravel and iron ore mining operation, and has earned the best public golf course in Minnesota for seven consecutive years from Golfweek. The Legend is often noted as the start of the golf boom in northern Minnesota, known across the globe as one of the best golf destinations in the world.
