
Twin Cities PBS (TPT) is bringing back its award-winning local music series, “Stage,” for an exciting fourth season. Premiering Monday, April 7, at 8 p.m. on TPT 2 and the PBS App, the show continues its tradition of blending performance and storytelling by pairing established Minnesota musicians with emerging artists.
Filmed at the legendary 7th St Entry, “Stage” offers an intimate glimpse into the local music scene, where countless artists have launched their careers. Each episode showcases unique collaborations, introducing viewers to fresh sounds while celebrating the artists shaping Minnesota’s music culture.

This season’s lineup features a mix of well-known and up-and-coming talent:
- April 7 – Kiss the Tiger / Diane
- April 14 – Your Smith / Raffaella
- April 21 – Cory Wong / Misty Boyce
- April 28 – Laamar / Lucia Sarmiento
- May 5 – Gully Boys / SoulFlower
- May 12 – The Suburbs / Matt Wilson

In addition to its Monday night airings on TPT 2 and on-demand streaming on the PBS App, fans can catch an early preview of each episode on The Current’s “The Local Show” on Sunday nights. This year, TPT has teamed up with The Current to bring the propulsive blend of storytelling and performance featured in “Stage” to a wider audience of local music lovers.

“Stage” has garnered critical acclaim, winning a Gracie Award for its exceptional storytelling in its previous season. The series continues to be a vital platform for Minnesota musicians, offering exposure and fostering connections across genres.
