    Q. What, in your opinion, does it mean to be a Trendsetter?
    A.

    In our business, being a Trendsetter means listening to our clients and their financial needs, then matching a product or service that best fits. One size doesn’t necessarily fit all.

    Q. What do you consider your biggest accomplishment to date?
    A. Our biggest accomplishment is to have developed and grown an entrepreneurial business.

    Q. How has the financial industry changed over the years?
    A. Twenty-five years ago our industry was really product driven; now it’s about relationships. We think that’s what business is all about.

    Q. What do you consider the keys to success?
    A. Above all, the keys to success are good listening skills, integrity, hard work, and developing quality relationships with those around you.

    Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
    A. We really enjoy working with our clients (who are also our friends) as we work together to solve their financial problems. 

    Q. What advice do you have for those hoping to follow a similar career path?
    A. Learn how to be an active listener, not a product pusher!
