Minneapolis’ largest Halloween bar crawl returns, starting at Tom’s Watch Bar in downtown Minneapolis. Weave through several of the city’s top bars and venues as you revel in the spirit of the holiday. The 21-plus event also includes a costume contest with a $1,000 cash prize for one lucky winner.
