Head to the Anderson Center’s Tower View campus for the 25th annual Minnesota Children’s Book Festival, which will feature presentations of eight new children’s and young adult books by award-winning authors and illustrators. Kids will also love exploring face painting, art-making, and other activities.

A Tribute to Thailand

What: MinnesoThai Street Food Festival
When: Sept. 14-15 (11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday)
Where: 1693 Duke Drive, St. Louis Park

This free, two-day event will showcase authentic Thai street food, cultural performances, art, kids’ activities, a beer and wine garden, and more. Plus, don’t miss Minnesota’s biggest Pad Thai cooking demonstration.
