1. Shadows & Spirits of the Capitol Tour

2. Waconia Scarecrow Tour

Business owners and community groups have been participating in this scarecrow contest for 11 years now. Traditionally, Waconia has been decorated with up to 50 scarecrows. Spectators are encouraged to vote on their favorite. Learn more.
3. Halloween Family Fun Day

This family-friendly event includes a Halloween costume fashion show, candy corn bowling, monster inflatables, pumpkin rolling, a maze, treasure hunting, face painting, and the ultimate scream contest. Learn more.
4. Waldoch Farm Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

6. The Great Pumpkin Fest

Valleyfair has transformed into ValleySCARE, but there are still ways for the kids to get involved—and it all takes place during the day. The Great Pumpkin Fest, inspired by Peanuts cartoon character Linus and his belief in a Santa-like pumpkin, features a pirate party, a hay-bale maze, the candy-dishing Trick-or-Treat Street, a craft corner, a parade, and more based on Charles Schulz’ characters.
