Who says you have to wait until summer to enjoy fair food and fun? The creators behind The Fair on 4, a new restaurant and entertainment hub, asked the same question. The 35,000 square foot space will open in early December at level four of Mall of America.
The restaurant’s menu features all of your favorite fair foods: cheese curds, corn dogs, and pizza, in addition to a selection of cocktails, wine, and more than 40 beer varieties.
After your belly is full, the space has plenty to entertain. Choose from axe throwing, go karts, hammerschlagen (a nail driving game) and arcade games. There are also plans for a stage featuring live music, an exterior patio and a rentable private event space.
The concept for The Fair on 4 comes from the creators behind Victoria Burrow, the Victoria, Minn.-based restaurant and entertainment center that features mini-golf, axe throwing, bocce, virtual reality, and arcade games.
