James Beard finalist chef Yia Vang, of Union Hmong Kitchen (and, soon, Vinai), gets behind the bar at the Hewing Hotel with a cocktail menu featuring six specialty drinks that contain some of his favorite ingredients. Lemongrass, kulantro, galangal, Thai chilis, passion fruit, and guava will create a delicious umami experience.
