The Landing sits in the heart of Wayzata and contains 92 hotel rooms, 30 luxury condominiums, a gorgeous two-level restaurant called Nine Twenty Five, and a Scandinavian-inspired spa called Läka Spa. Wayzata is a charming town, rich in history and tradition. Visitors can shop for the latest fashions and classic antiques, walk along the Dakota Rail Trail, or take a ride on the restored 1906 Steamboat Minnehaha.
InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

The InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport will be the first hotel to be built on the MSP Airport property. The hotel opens this summer and will be built on the main terminal. The 291-room hotel will include a new skyway with security checkpoint that allows guests to cross straight to Terminal-1. One of the most unique aspects of the hotel is its observation bar. The penthouse-level bar allows guests to watch planes take off and land while sipping specialty cocktails. The InterContinental will include a main-level restaurant, a spa, more than 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and parking.
Moxy Minneapolis Uptown

Moxy Minneapolis Uptown, which opened in January of this year, is the first hotel to open in the Uptown neighborhood in decades. This millennial-friendly hotel is meant for free-spirited travelers with a desire for authentic, local experiences. Some of the hotel’s luxury amenities include Wi-Fi, 42-inch TVs, 24/7 bar, games like shuffleboard and foosball, and work spaces in the lobby. Uptown is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to see and do. Visitors can play arcade games while drinking a cold one at Up-Down, catch an artsy film at the Uptown Theatre, walk around Lake Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), or browse for books at locally owned bookstore Magers and Quinn.
The closing of the historic Lift Bridge has both diverted commuter traffic away from downtown Stillwater and sparked a rebirth in local businesses, with The Crosby Hotel on the list of new ventures. The Crosby, coming fall 2018, marks Stillwater’s first new hotel since 1995, when the Water Street Inn was built. This boutique hotel will be located on North Main Street and will include a three-level parking ramp behind the hotel. The Crosby will feature a full-service restaurant and bakery. While in Stillwater, make sure to visit the local shops in downtown, cycle on the new Brown’s Creek State Trail, and sip a glass of Minnesota-made wine at local wineries.
