Scream Town Will Give You a Halloween Fright

Matt Dunn has always been a Halloween aficionado. “As a kid, that was my thing,” he says. “I was one of those people who decorated the yard—home haunting, that was what I did.” Today he’s the owner of Scream Town, which features more than 360,000 square feet of self-guided attractions including the Circus Asylum, the new Crop Spawn, and this year’s premiere of the Phobia House. Dunn says that the feeling of falling, as well as darkness, are his own personal bogeymen, though he and his Scream Town cast members are by no means shy about evoking yours. •
