Matt Dunn has always been a Halloween aficionado. “As a kid, that was my thing,” he says. “I was one of those people who decorated the yard—home haunting, that was what I did.” Today he’s the owner of Scream Town, which features more than 360,000 square feet of self-guided attractions including the Circus Asylum, the new Crop Spawn, and this year’s premiere of the Phobia House.
