Farm-to-Table Dinner – RCHS Members Event
Ramsey County Historical Society members get a taste of the farm as we bid adieu to summer. A delicious three course dinner is provided by Chef Natalie Allesee (The Lynhall, Heartland) with one course dedicated to tomatoes directly from the Gibbs Farm garden. Fall Grounds and Gardens Tour
Join us for the second Grounds and Gardens tour of the year! As the Minnesota growing season comes to an end, this tour will make stops in our heritage orchard, restored prairie, and crop garden. As we walk through the site the group will pick some of our seasonal bounty to take home. After harvesting fresh produce we will taste some historic and modern style preserved foods.
