LCD Soundsystem Takes on the Armory

What: LCD Soundsystem North America tour

When: Aug. 18, doors open at 6 p.m.

Where: Armory, Minneapolis

Electronic rock band LCD Soundsystem comes to the Armory in Minneapolis on Tuesday. Doors open at 6, with Victoryland opening. Tickets are available here.

Walker Summer Send Off

What: Sound for Silents 2026

Where: Walker Art Center Hillside, Minneapolis

Movies and live music galore at Sound for Silents 2026. The Walker Art Center’s annual summer send off will feature Bizhiki, a six member ensemble, accompanying the Walker’s Ruben/Bentson Moving Images convention. The event will also feature music from DJ Brokenrope before the live music and feature.

Vikings Return to U.S. Bank

What: Vikings vs. Ravens preseason game

The Minnesota Vikings face off against the Baltimore Ravens Saturday in the first home preseason game of the season.
