Cocktails by Design at KNOCK Inc.

The Goldstein Museum of Design is hosting it’s summer pop-up event, Cocktails by Design, for local creatives and design enthusiasts to mingle and shop. Taking place at the independent creative agency, KNOCK, Inc., the night will include unique craft cocktails by Eat Street Social and pop-up shops from Pharmacie, Cherub Designs, Omforme Design, and Hennepin MadeWednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. @ KNOCK, Inc., 1307 Glenwood Ave., Minneapolis; tickets are $35-40 at eventbrite

Minnesota Pinners’ Conference 

Learn how to create your favorite DIY projects from Pinterest at the Minnesota Pinners Conference this weekend. Over 100 Pinterest-based classes will be taught and there will be popup shops from over 300 businesses. Products based around DIY, crafting, cooking, self-improvement, photography, event planning, fashion, and beauty will all be for sale at the event. Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. & Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. @ Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 Second Ave. S, Minneapolis; tickets available at door.

Culture Piece Magazine Anniversary

The local high fashion and editorial publication, Culture Piece Magazine, will be celebrating its second anniversary Sunday with a fashion show, music and food at Du Nord Craft Spirits. Featured designers include Rammy Mohamed and JT Ferrari, with entertainment from WNDRLND, Paige Ellis, and Kaleem the Dream. Minneapolis Vintage Market Launch

Minneapolis’ Vintage Market will officially launch Sunday at Sociable Cider Werks. The monthly marketplace will feature a rotating selection of local vendors each month, selling premier vintage men’s and women’s apparel, home goods, and more. Vendors include Moth OdditiesTandem Vintage, and Lighthorse Studios. Sunday at 12 p.m. @ Sociable Cider Werks, 1500 Fillmore St., Minneapolis.

Prideland

Twin Cities Pride will feature its first ever fashion show on Sunday during the 2018 Ashley Rukes LGBT Pride Parade. The pride-inspired collection, Prideland, was designed by Ivan Idland and will make its debut in the streets of Minneapolis during the celebration. Sunday at 11 a.m. @ Third St. and Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis.

Maker Days at Linden Hills Farmers Market

Shop all things local at the Linden Hills Farmers Market who’s partnering with the Minneapolis Craft Market every Sunday through October. Along with the 50-plus vendors selling a wide variety of fresh foods, local artists and makers will be showcasing their one-of-a-kind pieces including jewelry, ceramics, paintings, and more. Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. @ Settergren of Linden Hills, 2813 43rd St. W, Minneapolis.
