Dr. Mark Lobanoff is the founder and medical director of OVO LASIK + LENS and an internationally recognized expert in LASIK and refractive surgery. After earning his medical degree from the University of Michigan, he completed ophthalmology residency training at Emory University, studying under LASIK pioneers Dr. George Waring and Dr. Doyle Stulting. He then completed a fellowship in LASIK and refractive surgery at the University of Minnesota.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lobanoff has helped advance the field of vision correction through research, education, and technology. He is the founder and inventor of Phorcides, LASIK surgical planning software, and Lochan, cataract surgery planning software. He has lectured throughout the United States and Europe, trained fellow surgeons in advanced LASIK techniques, and participated in FDA research trials. Dr. Lobanoff founded OVO to bring the best possible technology, surgical expertise, and an exceptional patient experience together under one roof.
