Is this event 21+?
Yes, this event is strictly 21+. A valid ID is required for entry — no exceptions. We check all IDs at the door. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants or children accompanied by an adult.
Where can I park?
Parking is available near the venue. Please visit MinnesotaOrchestra.org/Plan-Your-Visit/Directions-Parking for more information.
Where can I enter?
Please enter Fine Spirits Classic at the Orchestra Hall’s 11th & Marquette entry doors. This entrance is on street level.
There is no skyway entry.
Are designated driver tickets available?
No, there are not. The location is easily found by ridesharing apps.
Are animals allowed at the event?
No animals are allowed at Orchestra Hall with the exception of service animals.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets orders are non-refundable.
What does a ticket to the event include?
Your ticket includes samples of new brands, spirits, and gourmet fare, and interactions with Twin Cities top mixologists and national/local distillers.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
While we recommend bringing a printed copy of your ticket for ease of entry, we’re also able to scan the QR code directly from your confirmation email on your phone.
The name on the ticket doesn’t match the guest. Is that okay?
Yes, that’s fine. The name doesn’t need to match—as long as the person using the ticket is 21+ with a valid ID and has the ticket (printed or digital), they’ll be admitted.
I can’t find my tickets — where are they?
Tickets are sent from order@humanitix.com at the time of purchase. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see them. We recommend adding them to your phone’s wallet, downloading a PDF, or printing them before the event.
