You are going to love these: I tasted my way through Red Rabbit‘s 12 Cocktails of Christmas for 2025, and I am particularly excited about the Miracle on 34th Street, the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and Elf. Yes, all of these cocktails are named after classic Christmas movies, and they’re also all designed by the bar teams at Red Rabbit in North Loop in Minneapolis and on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. Bar Director Ian Lowther made all 12 of them for me, I promise I only tasted, and I love how he’s encouraging the creativity of his bartender teams. They create these drinks and the names, and they want to see you during the holidays to try the limited-time drink.
Lots happening in the Red Rabbit/Red Cow world—the Red Nose Room is open at Red Cow in Uptown; the new chic design of Red Cow Uptown is still a jaw-dropper. The 12 Cocktails start after Thanksgiving on Dec. 2, there’s a new special on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in December with some adjustments for the Christmas holiday.
