The North Loop is about to get a serious dose of energy, thanks to two local restaurant heavyweights teaming up for a new venture. Billy Tserenbat, the force behind Billy Sushi, and Marty Collins of NOLO’s Kitchen are joining forces to open a bold, new dining and nightlife concept in one of the neighborhood’s most coveted—and long-vacant—spaces.

Located between Bar La Grassa and Parlour, the 10,000-square-foot space in the TractorWorks complex is finally getting new life. In a text message to the North Loop Neighborhood Association, Tserenbat said the duo has big plans to revive the after-dark spirit once captured by iconic Minneapolis hot spots like Chino Latino and Bellanotte. Think high vibes, diverse flavors, and a destination-worthy atmosphere with a menu that fuses Asian, Latin, and American influences.
The concept is still under wraps (including the name), but it promises to bring back the kind of nights people talk about the next day—and remember for years. Set to open in spring 2026, this will be a place where food, culture, and celebration come together in true North Loop fashion.
