Fans of the heretofore online-only furniture dealer Golden Age Design: a brick-and-mortar space is on its way! If all goes according to plan, the midcentury designer-furniture gurus will be opening in Robbinsdale across the street from Pig Ate My Pizza next month. Believe me, I am trying like mad to not end every sentence here in an exclamation point. Expect a sleek, gallery-like space full of Bill and Kara Kurth’s incredible finds, plus furniture from other likeminded (“quality, affordable, curated,” says Kara) dealers. The shop will be open occasionally—most likely, once a month—for big furniture blowouts. Can’t wait!
