Hoban Korean BBQ

A sister restaurant to the long-beloved Eagan strip mall destination Hoban, this Uptown hotspot is the only grill-at-the-table Korean barbecue joint in the Twin Cities. Guests can select meats and prepare their own meal, dressing up each bite with banchan (pickled, spicy bites traditionally served with Korean meals). There’s also bibimbap (rice bowls), bulgogi (beef short ribs) and double-fried chicken.
