Is this event 21+? 

THIS EVENT IS 21+. We cannot admit anyone without a valid ID. NO ONE UNDER 21 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE EVENT.


Can I bring my child with me?

No, we cannot admit anyone under the age of 21. This includes children or infants chaperoned by an adult. 


The name of the registration/ticket doesn’t match the guest. Is that okay? 

Yes, valid tickets may be used by anyone 21+, regardless of the name used during registration. 


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 

No, we can also scan the QR code from the confirmation email on your phone. 


Are pets allowed at the Food & Wine Experience? 

Sorry. No pets are allowed. 

What is the refund policy? 

Refunds may be requested up to 30 days before the event starts and granted at the organizer’s discretion. 


May I leave and reenter? 

Yes, but please speak to our guest service team members at the entry/exit first. 


How accessible is the event?

The Omni Hotel and event space are ADA compliant. Handicap parking is available at the Kyndred Hearth entrance. 


Where do I enter? 

Please enter around the back of the hotel. This is just west of Kyndred Hearth (restaurant). The entrance is NOT through the front of the hotel.


May I bring a water bottle into the venue? 

Empty water bottles will be allowed.
