Hmong Arts & Craft Fair

Where: Pan Asian Center, 3001 White Bear Ave., Suite 2035, Maplewood

This event is all about shopping small from local Hmong artisans and entrepreneurs. Here, you’ll find all kinds of unique treasures representing Hmong cultural traditions and cuisine—from traditional artwork, jewelry, and home goods to baked goods, canned sauces, and more.

European Christmas Market
When: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, Nov. 28-Dec. 21
Where: 240 E. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul

Drawing over 100,000 visitors annually, the European Christmas Market is a beloved St. Paul tradition. This free, open-air market celebrates and revives European cultural heritage in Minnesota with artisan crafts, festive decor, and German street food. Visitors will find old-world charm around every corner, with traditional song and dance, steaming mugs of glühwein (mulled wine), and unique handmade gifts creating a festive and immersive cultural experience.

Julmarknad Handcraft Market & Festival

Inspired by Swedish holiday markets, this festival transforms the ASI into a craft lover’s paradise. Celebrating slöjd—Swedish for handcraft—it showcases over 60 regional artists and vendors. Enjoy live music, festive exhibits, and traditional stories throughout the historic Turnblad Mansion.

Aasha Dei Gala & Christmas Market
When: Dec. 6
Where: 1700 Highway 96, Arden Hills

Aasha Dei, a nonprofit serving women and children in India, hosts an annual gala and Christmas market that is much more than just a shopping experience. Gather for an evening of inspiration, hope, and flavor where you can enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a traditional three-course meal, listen to Indian Christmas caroling, and participate in games. The market itself will feature handcrafted Indian gifts, with all proceeds benefiting the organization’s mission to multiply hope in southeast India.

Waniyetu Art Market
When: Dec. 11-13
Where: 2300 Tiwahe Circle, Shakopee

This three-day market hosted by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) features a rich selection of art and handmade goods from Native and local artisans and vendors. Here, you’ll find Indigenous beadwork, jewelry, clothing, pottery, and other gifts. Grab a bite to eat while you shop, or explore the public exhibit about the history and culture of the SMSC.

Black Business Is Beautiful

On the second Saturday of every month, The Lab in St. Paul turns into Black Business Is Beautiful, a vibrant marketplace celebrating Minnesota’s Black-owned businesses.
