When the 2026 Olympic Winter Games kick off on Feb. 6 in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, a whole constellation of northern stars will be shining: Currently, more than 30 athletes with Minnesota ties have earned a spot on Team USA. From ice hockey and curling to skiing and skating, here’s a look at the Minnesotans who’ll represent the U.S. at the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (which begin on March 6) this year.
