St. Patrick’s Day in Minnesota isn’t just a one-day affair—it’s practically a season. By mid-March, patios reemerge (optimistically), bagpipes echo through downtown streets, and entire taprooms transform into seas of green. Whether you’re 2% Irish or simply Irish at heart for the weekend, this is the time to lean in.
Yes, there will be green beer. Yes, there will be parades. But there’s also live music that spills into the streets, chef-driven Irish specials worth lingering over, pub crawls that turn strangers into friends, and cultural celebrations that honor the holiday’s deeper roots.
From early kickoffs to parade-day dining and late-night revelry, here’s your chronological guide to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2026 across Minnesota. Sláinte!
