Just over an hour north of the Twin Cities, Alpha & Omega Farm offers a different kind of summer escape. Part working farm, part campground, and part wood-fired pizzeria, the unique destination invites visitors to slow down, spend the night, and enjoy a slice of rural Minnesota.

Tucked into the countryside near Princeton, the family-run pizza farm has become a destination for visitors looking to trade city noise for country views. Owners Brad and Kim Hayes say they operate on a mission to “live like you left the gate open.” The farm’s signature attraction is its wood-fired pizza nights, where handmade pies are baked fresh with locally sourced ingredients—a menu that celebrates Minnesota’s growing season while encouraging guests to savor the experience.

But dinner is only part of the fun. In addition to stopping by for pizza night, guests can book overnight stays, from traditional camping accommodations to luxury RVs and tents for those who prefer a little more glamp in their camp. During the day, the farm is open for visitors to explore: meeting the farm’s animals—including chickens, pigs, alpacas, cows, and donkeys—touring the gardens, joining a goat yoga session, taking a dip in the cold plunge pool, or heating up in the sauna before settling in for an evening around the campfire.

Alpha & Omega also hosts seasonal experiences, including live music, weddings and other private events, and more during the warmer months.

The farm recently earned national recognition as the only Minnesota destination included on Hipcamp’s 2026 “50 Favorite Places to Camp in America Right Now” list. For anyone looking to swap traffic and screens for campfires and freshly baked pizza, Alpha & Omega Pizza Farm makes for an easy getaway.
