We love the trend of great catering companies and restaurants making the meal easy so you can enjoy Thanksgiving arguing with Uncle Larry about politics, just as Thanksgiving was intended to be! Yum! Kitchen & Bakery

Forget the pumpkin pie, how about Patticake?! OK you can get pumpkin pie too, as well as bars and other baked goods. Plus all sorts of a la carte sides to up your turkey game. Pre-order online for pickup at St. Louis Park, Shady Oak, St. Paul or Woodbury.

Craft & Crew Restaurants

For two! Pub 819, Duke’s on 7, and The Block SLP are offering a convenient Take & Bake dinner for two priced at $49.99. Roasted Turkey, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, House-Made Stuffing, Dinner Rolls with Maple Butter, and Pumpkin Tarts. Animales BBQ

Take and bake Thanksgiving to go package: All items are precooked, ready to heat and eat. Comes with reheating instructions. Meal includes the following (No substitutions or cancellations allowed): 1/2 Smoked Turkey, Wild Rice Pilaf, Turkey Gravy, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry and Ginger Relish, Roasted Root Vegetables and Herb Vinaigrette, 6 Homemade Cheese and Cheddar Biscuits, Pumpkin Cheesecake. Pickup is at bbq trailer located at Bauhaus Brewing. Serves 4-6, $180.

Brasa

Dinner packages include lightly smoked and roasted free range turkey, cider & mustard glazed ham, mashed potatoes, poultry gravy, sage & onion dressing, candied yams, fresh cranberry sauce and honey glazed cornbread. In addition to the main offerings, select Brasa signature sides (Green Sauce anyone?) will be available a la carte.
All food comes fully prepared and only requires a gentle reheat at home. Preorder available at  starting Monday, October 30th thru Monday, November 13th (or sold out). Pickup Wednesday, November 22nd from 3-6 PM at Brasa Catering (620 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis). Packages available for groups of 2-8 people ($75-$300)

Mason Jar Kitchen

Mason Jar Kitchen & Bar Thanksgiving feast includes herb-roasted sliced turkey from real, seasoned, oven-roasted birds, plus scratch-made cranberry sauce is one of 19 add-ons. Scratch-made pies (pecan, pumpkin, French silk) may be added on or ordered separately.

Travail Kitchen

This cook-or-reheat option from the Robbinsdale restaurant serves six to eight, for pickup or delivery on Nov. 22, 2-6 p.m. Included: a 12- to 14-pound turkey, Bob’s Famous sweet potatoes, potato pavé, creamed spinach, green bean casserole, and more. Some items require reheating; others are assembled and cooked. Serves 6-8 people for $300

Mill Valley Kitchen

This St. Louis Park restaurant’s take-and-bake option feeds six to eight. It includes an assortment of traditional and unique holiday flavors, including an herbed half turkey, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, roasted green beans with mushroom sauce, cranberry poblano relish, truffled fingerling potatoes, sweet potato mash, and a harvest salad. Choose between home-style apple or pumpkin pie. You can upgrade to prime rib or add prime rib with the half turkey. Place your order online or by calling 952-358-2000. Pick up 2-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Serves 6-8 people for $350

Red Cow

Orders will go live Nov. 1. The meal kit includes: roasted turkey breast, truffled green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, butter pecan sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, mac ’n’ cheese, assorted artisan rolls with garlic butter, cranberries, and pumpkin pie. Beverage kits include: bloody mary cocktail kit ($22), old fashioned cocktail kit ($15), a lavender revolution mocktail kit ($18), and a honeycomb mocktail kit ($18).

Ordering will go live Nov. 1 online at redcowmn.com and orders must be placed by Nov. 19. Orders must be picked up on Nov. 22 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Twin Cities orders will be picked up at Red Cow Uptown (2626 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis), and Rochester orders can be picked up at Red Cow Rochester (217 14th Ave. SW, Rochester). Serves 5-7 people for $264

Surly Brewing Co.

The meal kit includes: a three-pound smoked turkey with jus, brined with lemon and herbs and smoked over oak; two quarts of white-cheddar mashed potatoes with heavy cream and butter; two quarts of green bean casserole with crispy fried onions; maple sage glazed carrots; turkey demi gravy; wild rice stuffing; Pentagram cranberries; cornbread with honey butter; and a pumpkin pie. Plus, because it’s Surly: a 750-milliliter bottle of this year’s Feastbier (weizenbock aged 15 years in 1792 Bourbon barrels). Serves 4-6 people for $225

Dahlia

Orders go live November 1: A la carte menu includes Brown Butter Caramel Pumpkin Pie, Dutch Apple Pie Cake, Apple Pie Snickerdoodles, Stuffing (Sausage or Mushroom), Green Bean Casserole Croissants, Kale Mushroom Tarts, Chocolate Pecan Tarts and Cranberry Habanero Hot Sauce.

Pickup will be available at either pop-up leading up to Thanksgiving: Fair State Brewing Cooperative on Tuesday, November 21 from 5-7pm or Wild Grind Coffee Wednesday, November 22 from 12-2pm.

Smokey’s Pub N’ Grill

Pre-orders for these kits begin Oct. 25 and must be placed by Nov. 16, or until they’re sold out. The kit includes: a smoked turkey (whole bird) and a full slab of baby back ribs (add-on full slabs of ribs are $30 each). Sides includes garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, brown-butter-and-sage roasted carrots, “Grandma’s classic stuffing,” 10 cornbread muffins, and a dozen dinner buns. Dessert is a 10-inch pumpkin pie. Pick up on Thanksgiving at Smokey’s, in East Bethel, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Serves 6-8 people for $275

D’Amico Catering

Please note, the ordering website launches Oct. 25, and the deadline to order is Nov. 19. This “D’Amico at Home” Thanksgiving dinner includes a bountiful meal of herb-roasted turkey breast, thighs, and gravy; salads and sides; and pumpkin pie with vanilla bean whipped cream. The garnish kit comes with fresh herbs and citrus. Additional pies are available for purchase, $34 each, including apple brown-butter streusel, bourbon pecan, and French silk. Curbside pickup is available at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom, in Golden Valley, or at Edinburgh USA, in Brooklyn Park, from 4 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 22. $265 for a meal, feeding six people.

Tria Restaurant

The kit from the North Oaks restaurant comes with roasted turkey (including white and dark meat), traditional dressing, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, a mixed green salad, cranberries, and a baguette with butter. Turkey leftovers (two pounds of additional roasted turkey, gravy, cranberries) are $40 or more. Last day to place an order is Wednesday, Nov. 15. Pickup date: Wednesday, Nov. 22, from 4 to 9 p.m. Serves 4-5 people starting at $159

Wedge Community Co-Ops

Wedge is offering local turkeys from Ferndale, Kadejan, and Larry Schultz to roast, a full selection of Wedge Made sides and pies, plus plates for one. Options for vegetarian and gluten-free are available. Also, look for delicious pies from Vikings & Goddesses in our stores this month and throughout the holiday season. A la carte, order by November 17, choose either the Lyndale or Linden Hills location for pickup.

Paris Dining Club

This mini thanksgiving spread is perfect to set alongside your turkey and other thanksgiving classics. Duck Confit and Little Sausages Cassoulet with White Beans, Bacon and Herbed Bread Crumbs, Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage Condiment, Pink Endive & Radicchio with Sherry Vinaigrette, Baguette with Smoked Paprika & Roast Garlic Butter. Available for pickup or delivery on Wednesday, 11/22 $150, serves 4 people

Four Seasons Minneapolis

To-go kits include Butternut Squash Soup with maple and sage, Baby Kale Salad, Oven Roasted Turkey, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Yams with rosemary, brown butter and honey, Sourdough Stuffing with bacon and roasted apple, Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and two pies: Dutch Apple and Pecan. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian menu items will be available. Orders placed by Friday, Nov. 17, will be ready for pick up on Thursday, Nov. 23, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. $365 serves four to six, $450 serves six to eight, $560 serves eight to 12. Homegrown Foods

Homegrown Foods is a meal-delivery business serving the Twin Cities metro: eight-courses includes Kadejan Farms turkey, Hugh’s garden potatoes, plus all the side dishes along with timed, start-to-finish instructions explaining how to break up the work over a couple of days. The dinner comprises: Kadejan Farms turkey, creamy garlic whipped potatoes, sage dressing with shiitake mushrooms, yams with maple streusel, roasted carrots, garlic green beans with almonds, crunchy kale salad with clementine vinaigrette, and pumpkin pie with homemade crust.

Order by Tuesday, Nov. 14, with limited quantities available until Sunday, Nov. 19. Kits are delivered to customers’ doorsteps on Tuesday, Nov. 21. (Delivery is included in the price.) Serves 2-14 people for $75-$225

Chowgirls Catering

“By the Box” Thanksgiving: from breads to savory side dishes like Apple-bacon Brussels sprouts, Sweet potato soufflé to decadent pies. You can also add a maple-brined, butter-basted free-range turkey from Ferndale Farms in Cannon Falls. All items are available à la carte, so you can build your own meal. Link goes live October 30: Along with fabulous stuffing, breads, rolls, and morning items like quiche Lorraine and decadent cinnamon rolls, John Kraus and his talented team have several gorgeous desserts that will wow your Thanksgiving table-mates: A Pecan- Bourbon Tart and the “Lost Eden” cake, which is a vanilla sponge cake layered with an apple-cinnamon compote and velvety cinnamon Bavarian cream, all atop a crispy hazelnut crumble.
