Bloomington Farmers Market
1800 W. Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington (East Lot)
Just south of Minneapolis, the Bloomington Farmers Market runs every Saturday from June 6 through Oct. 17, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., along with Music & Market Wednesdays, which runs July 8 through Aug. 26. Vendors are there from 5-8 p.m., and live music fills the summer air from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The market continues inside the lobby of the Bloomington Civic Plaza on select dates from November through March.
Duluth Farmers Market
1324 E. Third St., Duluth
Up north, the historic Duluth Farmers Market has been operating since 1911. Open May through October, Wednesdays from 2-5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., the market sits on the corner of 14th Avenue East and Third Street. The market is farmer focused, so you’ll find mainly farm products.
Edina Farmers Market
Centennial Lakes Park, 7499 France Ave. S., Edina
In Edina, the market at Centennial Lakes Park runs from June 4 through Oct. 1, every Thursday from 3-7 p.m., offering evening lake views and dozens of local vendors.
Linden Hills Farmers Market
2813 W. 43rd St., Minneapolis
Tucked in a Minneapolis neighborhood, the Linden Hills Farmers Market is open every Sunday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., May 3 through Oct. 25, with 45-plus vendors, making it a neighborhood favorite.

Winter: Bomgaars Supply, 1940 Adams St., Mankato
An hour south of Minneapolis, the Mankato market is open nearly year-round. Operating 11 months out of the year, the summer season runs May through October, on Saturdays from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Best Buy parking lot, and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3 p.m.-5:30 p.m., and offers seasonal produce such as sweet corn, berries, melons, tomatoes, and fresh-cut flowers. On the first and third Saturdays of November through March, the market continues indoors at Bomgaars Supply from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. In the winter, you will find indoor-friendly products such as winter squash, apples, pumpkins, local honey, and sustainably raised meat.
Mill City Farmers Market
Outdoors: 750 S. Second St., Minneapolis
Indoors: Mill City Museum Lobby, 704 S. Second St., Minneapolis
In downtown Minneapolis, the Mill City Farmers Market blends local flavor with the scenic Mississippi riverfront. The outdoor market runs from May through September on Saturdays from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. You can even start your Saturday mornings with a free 60-minute yoga class offered during the summer months! Classes are on the lawn at Mill Ruins Park at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. The market makes its shift indoors to the lobby of the Mill City Museum on the first and third Saturdays of November through April, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Minneapolis Farmers Market

Also downtown near the North Loop is the Minneapolis Farmers Market. It’s the state’s largest open-air market and has been a city staple since 1876. Open from May 2 through Oct. 31st, Wednesday through Friday, 7 a.m.-1 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m.-1 p.m. Hundreds of vendors with thousands of people in attendance every week make it one of the most popular farmers markets in the state.
Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market
629 NE Second St., Minneapolis
In the St. Anthony neighborhood of Minneapolis, the Northeast Farmers Market runs May 9 through Oct. 10 on Saturdays from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Stay tuned for a winter market planned to open in November and run through April! The winter market will be held on the first Sundays of the month, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; location still to be determined.
Rochester Farmers Market
Saturdays & Winter: Graham Park, 1570 Fairgrounds Ave. SE, Rochester
Wednesdays: Discovery Walk, 401 Second Ave. SW, Rochester
The Rochester Farmers Market is open May through October and offers Saturday markets at Graham Park from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m., as well as Wednesday evening markets from 3-7 p.m. starting in July downtown at Discovery Walk. The market continues through the cold months, November through March, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., inside buildings 31 and 35 at Graham Park.
St. Paul Farmers Market

The historic St. Paul Farmers Market is the longest running market in the state of Minnesota, established in 1854 by the St. Paul Growers Association. Open outdoors from May through November, Saturdays from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Can’t wait for the weekend? Stop by their grocery store open six days a week from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. for locally grown food and year-round access.
